Exclusive use of the property across all nights, the seven villas for your inner circle, all event spaces (cenote, Balinese pavilion, chapel, lawns, palapa and pool, sunken garden bar, yoga shala 250m², fire pit), two bathroom blocks for guests with cleaning and restock, all garden furniture and established lit gardens, 10 boxes of string lighting, a minimum of 4 resident staff and a property manager.

Wedding planning and organising (Onze is not a wedding planner, all events work with your appointed planner), catering for groups over 50 guests (above 50, your planner sources external catering), staff gratuity, and the refundable security deposit ($2,000 USD). Onze food and beverage for groups of 50 or under, and bar service, can be added as paid options.

You pay our Stay villa rate for the three-night minimum (covers up to 24 guests staying on-site, with seasonal rates and per-adult adjustments above 14). On top, a flat event fee of $50 per non-staying guest covers the use of the property for the celebration day. A 65-guest wedding with 20 staying carries a $2,250 event fee. A 100-guest wedding with 20 staying carries a $4,000 event fee.

The wedding day follows the same structure as a Signature Day Rental, vendors setup from late morning, ceremony in the afternoon, dinner, dancing. Live and amplified music ends at 11pm to respect the jungle, the event closes at midnight. Non-staying guests depart by 12:30am.

Yes, an external one of your choosing. Onze is the venue, property management and on-the-day hosting — we do not plan or organise weddings ourselves. Your planner runs the agenda, coordinates your vendors and runs the day-of flow. Our property manager (event-production background) serves as point of contact for your planner on-site.

Three nights for most of the year. Seven nights during special holidays. We can occasionally accommodate two-night stays in shoulder months. Send your dates early.

Up to 24 guests across the seven villas. Most couples reserve the on-site beds for their inner circle, family and closest friends, parents in the Master Suite, wedding party across the other villas.

Large resorts in Xpu-Ha and Akumal are 10 minutes away. Boutique hotels in Playa del Carmen and Tulum 25 minutes either side. Your planner arranges block rates and return shuttles for the wedding day.

Pool, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, cinema room, sunken garden bar, cenote swims. Sound baths, sunrise yoga, ice baths and breathwork, temazcal ceremonies bookable as add-ons. Day trips to Tulum ruins, Cobá or Sian Ka'an can be arranged.

Yes. Many couples arrive a night or two early for the rehearsal dinner or bachelor/bachelorette evening, and linger after the brunch farewell. Per-night extension rates are confirmed at enquiry.

No glitter or confetti (indoor or outdoor). No sparklers, fireworks, tiki torches or fire breathers for health-and-safety reasons. Candles are permitted with prior approval.

Most international couples choose a symbolic ceremony at Onze and complete the civil marriage at home, simpler logistically. A legal Mexican civil ceremony can be arranged through your wedding planner, the requirements include a blood test, official translator, and two witnesses with valid passports.

Twelve to eighteen months is typical for high season and holidays. We can occasionally accommodate eight to ten-month windows in shoulder months. We hold one wedding party on the property at a time.

Yes. Additional events carry a separate fee based on the type of event and the number of guests, lower than the standard wedding fee.
