Five stars truly doesn't feel like enough for Onze. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail of this retreat space has been created with intention, care, and beauty. The property itself is absolutely stunning. Peaceful, secluded, safe, and surrounded by nature in a way that allows you to fully exhale and disconnect from the noise of everyday life. Knowing the entire retreat is 100% off-grid and solar powered somehow made the experience feel even more grounded and meaningful. This was more than a beautiful vacation. It felt restorative on a deeper level. I left feeling calmer, clearer, and incredibly grateful for the experience. I cannot recommend Onze enough.

Food is the heartbeat of the experience. Chef Luis and his team curate one shared daily menu, rich in Mexican flavors and European influences, prepared in the style your group chooses: the Detox Style, clean and energizing, or the Destress Style, big on flavour.

Stay questions
Can I book the entire property for a private stay?
Yes. The entire Onze Xpuha property is available for exclusive private hire, for families, groups of friends, or milestone celebrations. The full resort is yours alone.
How many guests can stay on-site?
Up to 24 guests across 7 villas. For day events with extra guests (e.g. birthday celebrations), additional day-guest fees may apply, confirmed at enquiry.
Are meals included?
Meals are not included by default but can be fully arranged with our resident chef from the Onze Menu, breakfast, lunch and dinner, fully adaptable to dietary needs and preferences.
What activities are available?
Full access to the cenote, pool, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, yoga shala, temazcal, cinema room and garden bar. Massages, yoga sessions, breathwork and day trips on request.
Is transportation included?
Available on request. Airport transfers from Cancún or Playa del Carmen, in-stay logistics, excursion shuttles. Quoted at enquiry.
How do I make a reservation?
