Onze operates on exclusive use for every company retreat, no other guests, no other groups on property. Conversations stay yours: no overheard pitches, no unfamiliar faces at breakfast, nothing that leaves the room.

The seminar room seats your whole group under a 120-inch screen with broadcast-grade AV, built for keynotes and full-day workshops. When the agenda calls for movement, the open-air yoga shala doubles as a breakout area.

The garden bar, firepit, and open lawns are where the real conversations happen, off the agenda, after hours, the moments that hold a team together long after the retreat ends.

Reset & Bond
Sound baths, ice bath challenges, breathwork, and cacao ceremonies are on hand between working sessions, guided by practitioners who know when to push and when to pause, wellness without the woo.

Ten acres, entirely yours
The whole resort is booked for your company alone: ten acres, all seven villas, sleeping up to twenty, and every workshop space, seminar room, yoga shala, garden bar, with a dedicated crew to run it all. Wi-Fi runs throughout the property, or can be dialled down on request for a true digital reset.

Procurement-friendly, quietly out of sight
Invoicing and contracts are adapted to your procurement process, transport is coordinated, and dietary needs are handled before your team arrives. Once you're here, we work quietly in the background, your agenda stays the only thing in the foreground.

Food is the heartbeat of the experience. Chef Luis and his team curate one shared daily menu, rich in Mexican flavors and European influences, prepared in the style your group chooses: the Detox Style, clean and energizing, or the Destress Style, big on flavour.

Always organic eggs cooked to order, artisanal sourdough, French jams, fresh fruits, Greek yogurt, house granola and fresh-squeezed juices, with extras from the Detox or Destress style.

Coastal seafood (ceviche, tostadas, fish tacos) and fresh plant-based options (Middle Eastern mezze, crunchy salads and tarts). Always served with aguas frescas.

What's included in a venue rental?
Exclusive use of the whole resort, 10 acres, 7 villas (up to 20 sleeping on-site for company retreats), every amenity (cinema/seminar room, yoga shala, garden bar, pickleball, lawns, cenote), and our hospitality team.
What spaces are best for workshops and team activities?
The cinema/seminar room (18 seats, 120″ screen, premium AV) for presentations. The garden bar for cocktail debriefs. Pickleball and lawns for breakouts. The firepit for closing circles.
Can you support team activities and add-ons?
Yes. Sound baths, ice bath challenges, cacao ceremonies, chef-led cooking classes, breathwork, private cenote concerts, excursions to Xpuha Beach or Tulum.
How does booking and invoicing work?
Send your dates, team size and objectives. We reply within 24 hours with a tailored proposal. Once confirmed, we issue invoicing and contract suited to company procurement processes.
Can you help create something personalized for my group, such as a custom activity or a welcome gift?
Absolutely. Every retreat is tailored. Whether it's a custom activity, a welcome gift or a unique touch, we'll work with you to bring your vision to life.
Can I bring my own chef?
No. We work exclusively with our resident chef to keep the quality and consistency of the dining experience throughout your stay.
Can I create a customized menu for my group?
Yes. Our menus are flexible and adapt to dietary preferences and restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free. Any special requests can be discussed on a call.
What are the best seasons for hosting a retreat?
January through May is our most requested season for its wonderful weather, though retreats run successfully at Onze year-round.
What happens if I want to book but don't yet have an exact number of attendees?
You can secure your dates with the base rate. Before your final payment, we adjust the balance to your final guest count and any activities selected.
Do you have liability insurance for the property?
No. We recommend every guest travels with their own personal travel and medical insurance.
