King Suite features a custom round bed, a one-hundred-degree deck with stunning views, and a large double bath. This luxurious suite comfortably sleeps two and is equipped with air conditioning for a relaxing stay.

Villas 1, 2, 3, and 4 offer flexible accommodation options with either a king bed or two queens/individual beds for sharing. Each villa features private gardens and comfortably sleeps between two to five guests, ideal for young families or groups.

The Cenote at Onze Xpu Ha is a 200m² tranquil space, featuring 18 sound healing beds illuminated by candles or soft, warm lighting. It includes a hidden water slide and is equipped with power for lighting and music, creating a unique and serene environment for relaxation and healing.
The Cinema Room at Onze Xpu Ha is a spacious 75m² area that can accommodate up to 22 yoga mats. It features ambient electronic candle-lit walls, a premium sound system, and a 120-inch screen, providing an ideal setting for immersive experiences and/or cinematic gatherings.
The Yoga Shala at Onze Xpu Ha offers a 40m² space with room for up to 18 yoga mats. It features two W/Cs and full bi-folding doors that open to a spacious concrete deck, providing a serene environment for ceremonies, meditation, and wellness activities.
The Chapel at Onze Xpu Ha is a spacious 100m² venue, offering seating for up to 60 guests or standing capacity for 100. Equipped with ceremony chairs, it provides an elegant setting for various events and gatherings.
The Garden Bar at Onze Xpu Ha is a 250m² open-air space, featuring comfortable padded outdoor furniture. It accommodates up to 50 seated guests or 100 standing, making it ideal for social gatherings and events in a lush garden setting.
The Temezcal at Onze Xpu Ha is a 35m² space designed for intimate ceremonies, accommodating up to 20 guests. It features woven natural rugs, creating a warm and grounded atmosphere for a truly authentic experience.

Onze Xpu Ha features a variety of activities, including pickleball, football, volleyball, table tennis, basketball and a selection of soft toys, board games and books. These activities offer holistic, fun and engaging options for guests of all ages, enhancing your overall experience.
Our prices include exclusive access to Onze Xpu Ha’s accommodation and amenities. The property is permanently staffed. Your private chef will provide breakfast which is included, and can prepare your desired choice of menu for lunch and dinner. The seasonal nightly rates below includes up to 14 people with the option to add guests at additional charge.
