Are there mosquitoes or bugs on the property?
We are immersed in nature, so mosquitoes and other insects are part of the tropical environment. We fumigate the property regularly and recommend bringing insect repellent for extra comfort.
What is the rainy season like?
The rainy season generally runs June through October. Showers are often brief and many days still bring plenty of sunshine. The Riviera Maya stays beautiful year-round.
Do you have vehicles on the property in case of an emergency?
Yes. We keep vehicles on-site that can assist in emergency situations.
What is the nearest hospital?
The closest major hospitals are Hospiten and CostaMed in Playa del Carmen, with several other medical facilities in the city.
How far is the property from the airport?
About 75 minutes from both Cancún and Tulum International Airports. Private transfers can be arranged.
Is the property suitable for guests with mobility limitations?
We make the property as accessible as we can. That said, stairs between villas and access points to areas like the cenote and chapel may be challenging for guests using a wheelchair or with limited mobility.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the property?
