Onze Xpu-Ha is a private retreat center featuring seven beautifully designed villas, all nestled around a peaceful, lush garden. Blending British colonial elegance with local craftsmanship and minimalist design, the villas offer a serene haven for relaxation and renewal. The retreat’s exceptional facilities include a pool, cenote, yoga shala, ceremony room, temazcal, dining area, professional kitchen, and sports facilities, ensuring a holistic and rejuvenating experience for all guests.

Rooms
Onze Xpu-Ha offers a collection of thoughtfully designed villas, each blending comfort, elegance, and local charm. From the colonial-inspired Master Suite, Cottage, and Lodge to the minimalist yet warm Villas One to Four, every space provides a serene and inviting retreat for guests, whether you’re seeking a shared group experience or a private, intimate stay.
Master Suite
Onze Xpu-Ha’s King Suite features a custom round bed, a one-hundred-degree deck with stunning views, and a large double bath. This luxurious suite comfortably sleeps two and is equipped with air conditioning for a relaxing stay.
Villa 1, 2, 3 & 4
Onze Xpu-Ha’s Villas 1, 2, 3, and 4 offer flexible accommodation options with either a king bed or two queens/individual beds for sharing. Each villa features private gardens and comfortably sleeps between two to five guests, ideal for young families or groups.
The Lodge
Onze Xpu-Ha’s The Lodge is a charming two-level wooden cabin featuring a cold plunge jet pool and an inside/outside shower. It comfortably sleeps between two and five guests, offering a unique blend of rustic charm and modern amenities.
The Cottage
Onze Xpu-Ha’s The Cottage features three individual showers and a toilet, along with a connecting stairwell to the master suite, making it ideal for families. It comfortably sleeps up to six guests, offering a spacious and convenient accommodation option.
Kitchen Cabana
Onze Xpu-Ha’s Kitchen Cabana is a simple yet cozy retreat located behind the kitchen. Designed for retreat facilitators, it comfortably sleeps two to three guests, offering a practical and comfortable accommodation option.

Onze Xpu-Ha features seven distinct villas, each designed to offer a unique and immersive experience, all centered around a beautifully landscaped garden.
The Master Suite, The Cottage, and The Lodge are inspired by British colonial style, enriched with local craftsmanship and elegant detailing.
Villas One to Four embody a minimalist design with white concrete and stone, complemented by warm accents of local fabrics and decor.
Each villa offers various sleeping arrangements to accommodate different group sizes and preferences:

Location & Travel
The property is conveniently located between Tulum and playa del carmen with a 25min drive to the centre of each.
Two international airports are located within 90mins. Cancun int airport or Tulum int airport.
Onze xpuha is located on a private road 2.5km from the federal highway opposite the award winning beaches of xpuha lined with a selection of beach clubs.
The property itself has a perimeter fence and security and privacy is taken very seriously. The nearest neighbour is over 300m away.

Explore Xpuha
We recommend a taxi if you’re not looking to leave the property much once you arrive. However if you’re wanting to visit beaches and cenotes in day and restaurants at night we recommended hiring vehicles for your stay for the flexibility. Taxis are expensive and due to location between playa and Tulum are not immediate to call.
Cenotes
While of course you will have our own private cenote to explore we suggest a 5 min drive North of onze xpuha is the largest selection of cenotes within a 1km to explore including highly rated azul, jardin and Cenote Cristalino.
