•Sun-Gazing Meditations – Begin each day at our east-facing palapa, welcoming the sunrise over the lagoon.

•Cacao & Dance – A powerful three-stage experience: ceremonial cacao, live music through headphones, and a healing frequency sound bath.

•Breath & Ice Session – A guided journey into cold exposure and breathwork.

•Private Lagoon Tour – A two-hour boat trip exploring Bacalar Fort, Pirate’s Channel, and Bird Island, with refreshments on board.

•Free Time – Kayak, paddleboard, sunbathe, lounge in a hammock, or just be.
