Job Summary

We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee dining and environmental services in senior living communities across X region, city, state(s).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple senior living operations with a total managed volume exceeding $XX million.
• Develop, recommend, and implement regional policies and procedures.
• Support clinical and resident service programs to meet standards.
• Participate in sales for new business acquisitions.
• Monitor financial reports to ensure budget compliance.
• Develop and motivate management and clinical staff.
• Regularly visit units to inspect operations and ensure compliance.
• Maintain client satisfaction and account retention.
• Resolve client, resident, and staff complaints.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Complete required reports as per policy.
• Provide high customer service levels.
• Train, motivate, and develop management personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage a team of six or more managers.
• At least two years of multi-unit foodservice management experience.
• Experience managing a volume of $X million or more.
• Strong customer satisfaction record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• Proven mentoring and team development skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal and presentation skills.
