ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER (TRAVELING – SOUTHEAST)

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Project Manager (Traveling – Southeast).

Electrical Project Manager – Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 depending on experience (may exceed this range for candidates with exceptional experience and proven performance).

Electrical Project Manager – Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple industrial electrical projects across the Southeast region .
• Ensure the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects are effectively managed.
• Collaborate with internal and external personnel to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Provide regular job progress updates to management.
• Act as a mentor and coach, guiding and developing project teams.
• Perform high-level reviews of project efficiency, productivity, labor hours, compensation rates, material budgets, and other job expenses .
• Oversee and manage financial performance and projections for assigned projects.
• Ensure proper change order management systems and processes are followed.

Electrical Project Manager – Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.
• Strong industrial construction background, including warehouses, manufacturing, distribution facilities, battery plants, and automotive plants.
• Proven ability to execute and deliver results on multiple projects budgeted $5M+ .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information.
• Knowledge of Accubid or similar estimating/project management software.
• Open to traveling throughout the Southeast – approximately 50% travel required .

Preferred but Not Necessary

• College Degree or equivalent field experience .
