Fully On-Site Long Term Care Position | No Experience Required

A Social Service Director cares deeply about the psychological, social, and spiritual needs of residents. They are an advocate, a counselor, a friend, and a liaison between families, their loved ones, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities and Purpose

• Identify each resident’s social, emotional and psychological needs.
• Develop and carry out a plan to develop the residents’ full potential during their stay.
• Planning for the resident’s discharge or transition to another care environment.

Experience and Education

• Preferred experience in a skilled nursing facility, hospice, or long-term care.
• Preferred bachelors degree in social work or in a human services field.
• Preferred Certificate for Oklahoma-approved Social Services training program (If not, we will train you!)
