Numeric Technologies & Systems Integrator Inc is looking for a Senior SAP S/4 HANA Consultant

to provide services for our client.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior SAP S/4 HANA Consultant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Leading the team in ECC to S4 HANA conversion projects by evaluating business process

to conduct fit-gap analysis by analyzing transactional documents "as-is" in area of supply

chain (SCM)/ logistics (customer vendor integration, sales and purchasing pricing, inbound

and outbound delivery, picking, packing, shipping, goods receipt/issue, material ledger etc.,)

to determine which processes can be migrated directly and which must be redesigned to

leverage new S/4HANA functionalities.

• Address mandatory changes required by S/4HANA, such as the transition to the business

partner (BP) data model for all customer and vendor master data, material ledger, purchasing

and sales pricing such as migrating condition master data from KONV to

PRCD_ELEMENTS in S/4HANA, settlement management etc.,

• Analyze all custom ABAP code (WRICEF objects) related to supply chain/logistics

execution, inventory and accounting data model changes.

• Perform checks to identify and correct supply chain MM/SD customizing and data

inconsistencies. Analyze supply chain interfaces with external systems (e.g., EDI

(850,855,856,940 & 945) third-party WMS, transportation management systems etc.,) and

plan necessary modifications to ensure seamless communication with the new

S/4HANAlandscape.

• Configure the new business rules (BRF+) framework for supply chain/logistics documents

for inbound and out bound delivery notes, packing slips, advance shipping notification,

customer and vendor invoices etc., Cleanse obsolete master and transactional data to reduce

migration effort and improve performance including archiving unnecessary material

documents, reconcile supply chain data between the source ECC and target S/4HANA

systems to ensure integrity and completeness.

• Conduct end to end supply chain process testing to ensure the new system is reliable by

validating basic supply chain/logistics transactions (e.g., creating Pos, sales orders, inbound

and outbound deliveries, goods movements and by addressing all high, medium low priority

defects in the system.

• Conduct system integration by deploying automation testing tools compatible with cloud

ALM to confirm seamless data flow between all integrated modules and external systems.

• Activate reports and Fiori apps for supply chain (MM/SD/LE/WM) processes to leverage

the new user experience.

• Evaluating custom reports in legacy system to check if they meet business requirements in

new systems as a result of data model structural changes and develop bespoke reports to

meet business requirements.

• Develop bespoke pricing reports leveraging new pricing data model structural changes.

• Develop OEM/Hub custom shipment reports based on shipment details in EDI 945

interface to bill customers.

• Develop an automated EDI Customs broker management solution for Apple that is globally

scalable and flexible, allowing Apple to meet trade requirements at the customs/border.

• Train and engage end-users to validate business processes are met in the new S/4HANA

environment.

• Monitor system performance in the production environment and fine tune

queries/configurations as needed.

• Conduct role-based training for end-users, provide hypercare support after go-live to ensure

a smooth transition and high user adoption.

• Train and guide end users in how to use Joule an artificial intelligence tool

The performance of the above duties requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer

science, Computer information systems, information technology or in a related field.
