Pay Range: $41-51.65/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15000
Relocation Bonus: $4000
Shift: Day

Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist will provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary outpatient environment. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, compassionate care, and professional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with functional goals.
• Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions and evaluate patient responses.
• Modify plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff.
• Participate in continuing education, staff development, and student mentorship.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent).
• Current Physical Therapist license through the Arizona Board of Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Experience with adult and geriatric populations preferred.
• New graduates and graduating students are encouraged to apply.
