This is a leadership opportunity for an individual dedicated to resident-centered care and operational excellence. Position Summary The Administrator is responsible for the overall management of the facility in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role also ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures and supports a culture of quality care and accountability. This position holds full administrative authority and is expected to provide strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities Ensure that resident care remains the primary focus for all departments and staff. Maintain compliance with all regulations related to resident rights, abuse prevention, and neglect. Oversee staffing to ensure adequate coverage and proper supervision of all facility operations. Provide timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with corporate standards. Address concerns from staff, residents, families, and visitors professionally and in line with company policies. Delegate responsibilities appropriately to ensure efficient operations and accountability. Actively market facility services and establish strong relationships within the community. Ensure that safety protocols and risk management programs are implemented, monitored, and updated as needed. Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a comparable healthcare management role. Current and active State of Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License in good standing. Demonstrated success in operational leadership, regulatory compliance, census development, and staff development. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
