Description

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator at Scientific Research Corporation (SRC), you will play a key role within the Cloud Service Integration Team (CSIT), supporting Department of War (DoW) initiatives.

Job Duties:

Configuring process automations using Flows, managing user access, profiles, and permission sets, and conducting data audits to ensure system-wide data integrity
• Developing advanced reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making, while collaborating with CSIT Support and stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions
• Providing training and documentation for end users
• Monitoring system updates to implement relevant features
• Mentoring junior administrators to foster team growth and capability

Requirements

• Proficiency with Salesforce configuration, administration, and automation tools
• Experience with automation, validation rules, and workflows
• Strong data management and reporting skills
• Familiarity with security controls and compliance requirements
• Experience with configuring and deploying Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Provide training and documentation for internal teams and end users

• Two to four (2-4) years of Salesforce administration experience
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud

• Prior experience with federal, state, or local governments
• Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in the public sector

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND ELIGIBILITY FOR A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
