Position Overview: Medical Assistant PRN (312 Month Assignment) 
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Medical Assistant (PRN) to support our team during a period of increased need. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking, pays close attention to detail, and consistently upholds patient confidentiality. 

Responsibilities:  

• Room patients and accurately document medical histories and vital signs 

• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments 

• Administer injections and medications as directed 

• Perform basic lab procedures and handle specimens appropriately 

• Ensure timely and precise electronic medical record (Athena) documentation 

• Support front office operations as needed (scheduling, calls, lab results, medical record) 

• Prepare and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and other areas 

• Follow clinical protocols and strict standards for patient privacy and safety 

Qualifications:  

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or equivalent training 

• Prior clinical experience preferred, especially in primary care 

• High level of accuracy and professionalism in documentation and patient interaction 

Schedule:  

• PRN (as needed), with flexible scheduling 

• May include filling in for staff leave, high-volume days, or specific shifts 

Compensation:  

• Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
