IB Biology Teacher | Teach in Ras Al Khaimah | Teach Abroad

This job starts for the next academic year but we are recruiting the candidate right now and interviews will be done online. All candidates must be fully vaccinated to apply. You will need to be a dynamic teacher of Biology that makes the most boring topics come to life and allow for students to critically think and problem solve during the lessons. Will also need to be a teacher that it's flexible to adapt to the cultural needs of the United Arab Emirates.

The school delivers the USA Common Core and the International Baccalaureate curriculum. If you have delivered either of these curriculums before our teacher that uses the 21st century teaching styles and promote students work independently then this would be the school for you. Requirements:

**Degree in Biology

**Teaching license in Science/Biology

**At least 2 years teaching experience in Biology

**Western trained

**Native speaker of English

**IB MYP and DP experience is preferred or if you have USA Common Core

This school has campuses located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered

Prefer candidates with international experience

Additional:

**Experience of the IB Curriculum is beneficial but not essential as training will be given
**Experience of USA Curriculum such as American Harcourt, AP and Common Core is highly valued
**It will be beneficial to your application if you have experience of working in the Middle East or with non-native speakers of English

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary from 12,375 up to 16,200  AED (UAE Dirham)per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE

Flight(s) provided annual flights for the teacher only

Utility Bills:

500AED per month

Baggage Allowance:
