We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources, driving a high-performance culture and fostering an exceptional employee experience. This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. This role is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to enhance new hire integration.

• Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR policies and best practices.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
  • Manage conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvement initiatives.

• Performance Management & Professional Development

  • Lead performance evaluation processes, providing tools and coaching for managers and employees.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support leadership development and employee growth.

• HR Operations

  • Drive HR initiatives that support business objectives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Manage HR systems, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and measure HR impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong generalist background.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Experience managing HR systems and tools to drive efficiency.
• A proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach to HR
