Job Summary and Qualifications

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the centers leadership team.

What you will do in this role:

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred

TriStar Horizon Medical Center is an accredited, 150+ bed regional medical center. We offer a full array of services. These include cardiology and diagnostic imaging. These include emergency, inpatient rehabilitation. Also including oncology, orthopedics, and womens services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center and a Primary Stroke Center. They offer a 24/7, full-service ER that provides the same services as our main campus emergency room.
