Be the Leader of the Restaurant

As the General Manager, youre the captain of the ship. This is the top leadership role at the restaurant levelresponsible for overseeing all operations, driving results, developing future leaders, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. What Youll Do

• Lead your restaurant team to achieve high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set performance goals and execute strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure long?term leadership stability.
• Partner with your Area Supervisor to align on goals, staffing, and execution.
• Create a workplace culture of accountability, recognition, and personal growth.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and brand standards are met daily.

Growth Through Hamburger University

If not yet certified, youll be eligible to attend Hamburger University (HU) in ChicagoMcDonald's world?class leadership training program. Travel and tuition are fully paid by the organization. HU graduates move into the next salary band ($53K$70K) and become eligible for expanded career opportunities within the company.

What We're Looking For

• Prior General Manager or multi?unit leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in high?volume QSR, retail, or hospitality strongly desired.
• Strong team?building, goal?setting, and performance management skills.
• Must be 18+ years old with flexible availability.
