🛑 This Is An In-office role. You must be able to commute daily to our studio on Miami Beach (South Beach) Mon-Fri.

We are building the Netflix of business and personal development tv. We're in rapid growth, and looking for an EA to support our CEO as well as liaison with our clients coming to our filming studio in Miami Beach.

We have unreasonable ambitions, and are motivated to grow to a billion dollar $ business. To achieve success we're looking for talented people, with the right mindset to join our tight knit team.

We're looking for people who can wear lots of hats, are resilient, and can handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the ability to multitask and anticipate the needs of our CEO.

Responsibilities:

Perform core executive assistant duties, including:

• Scheduling meetings
• Booking flights/hotels
• Ordering office and studio supplies
• Opening and organizing mail/packages
• Conducting ad-hoc research on a wide range of topics
• Handling various day-to-day organizational and logistical tasks

Support talent and studio production team:

• Greet and assist talent, and high-profile individuals visiting our studio
• Act as a point of contact and liaison to ensure a professional, welcoming experience
• Help maintain a tidy production-ready studio environment
• Ensure filming spaces are prepped and stocked

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Additional hours may be required on occasion depending on business needs
• Occasionally travel with the team for company retreats, events, and on-location filming

Compensation:

Salary - $50k-$60k/yr

Paid time off after 90 days.

Health insurance after 90 days.
