Entrepreneur in Residence - independence, profit & growth as Vico Lead Vicoland gives the professional services market a new dimension: Virtual Companies – “Vicos”. We invented Vicos as a new type of supplier, more efficient than traditional professional services firms (consultancies, system integrators, agencies etc.). On our AI‑driven SaaS platform, freelance experts team up to act like real companies, competing successfully for large enterprise projects. Already, 100+ Vicos with thousands of freelancers work on projects for enterprise clients like Mercedes‑Benz, Netflix and the German Federal Government. We are therefore looking for ambitious SAP professionals who already lead integration projects in consulting firms or system integrators and want to take the next entrepreneurial step. You join our Entrepreneur in Residence program (6–12 months). During this phase, you get full access to the Vicoland infrastructure, mentoring from experienced Vicoland professionals and financial support for transitioning from employee to entrepreneur. We accompany you in kick‑starting and growing your own business – team, revenue and profit – as a Vico Lead. Key elements of our Entrepreneur in Residence program for you are: Rapid and solid setup: Ready‑to‑use digital infrastructure, AI‑supported workflows, clients and projects provided by our sales & marketing plus team‑building support. Full autonomy: Shape your business without internal politics or hierarchy. Attractive economics: Multiply your current earnings through your Vico’s profit. Tasks Build and lead your Virtual Company with full autonomy and profit responsibility. Define your SAP focus (S/4HANA, BTP, FI/CO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, etc.). Recruit and motivate your team from your own and Vicoland’s networks. Develop clients hand in hand with Vicoland’s sales team. Establish playbooks as standards in your Vico for scaling SAP delivery models. Position yourself as thought leader (content, events, community). Requirements Entrepreneurial mindset: You want to grow beyond your current horizon as employee. SAP expertise: Deep technical competence in at least one SAP domain. Leadership experience: Proven track record in leading teams/projects. Network power: Existing client and talent connections are a plus. High‑potential profile: Strong academic record, fast career progression and proven impact in consulting or system integration. Growth hunger: Strong drive to build something scalable.
