Job Description

Job Title: Driver Location: Grand Villa of Clearwater Job Type: Part-time (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM) Job Summary: Grand Villa of Clearwater is seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join our team at our assisted living facility. This position allows you to interact with residents, many time on a one-to-one basis. It is an ideal position for a retired or semi retired person who enjoys working with seniors. Come join this amazing team of caring professionals at Grand Villa of Clearwater. This position is currently part-time but potentially could become a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during travel. Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and outings.
Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.
Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and family members.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents.

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in a driving or transportation role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with residents.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.
