Creative Content Designer / Motion & Visual Generalist About the Role: We’re seeking a creatively driven Content Designer / Visual Generalist to help bring bold and fun ideas to life across client projects and Monark and Co.’s own brand. You’ll collaborate with both creative and strategic teammates to shape engaging visual content across formats—think animations, motion graphics, photography, painting, social assets, and more. This is a dream opportunity for a design generalist who wants to apply their creative skills across different industries and mediums. Responsibilities: Develop visual content across various formats (static, motion, animated, mixed media) Create brand-aligned assets for social, web, and marketing use (both client-facing and internal) Collaborate with creative leads to bring ideas to life visually Experiment with different tools, platforms, and mediums to push creative boundaries Support quick-turn creative needs for high-growth consumer brands Flex across concepting, asset design, animation, layout, and creative testing What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of design or creative experience (internships/freelance OK) Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, After Effects, or similar tools Strong eye for visual storytelling and detail Excited by consumer branding, content innovation, and hands-on design work Open to trying new tools, mediums, and styles—everything from motion to handmade art #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern Arkansas University
