About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People and Culture Officer to lead its talent and culture initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining a workforce that is essential to the organization's growth and mission. This role involves partnering with executive leadership and the HR team to implement a comprehensive HR strategy, with a focus on recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Chief People and Culture Officer will also be a key player in fostering a positive, mission-driven organizational culture and will serve as a thought partner to the executive team on all people-related matters.
