What You’ll Do: Design and deliver practical, high-impact training for sales teams at all levels. Partner with managers to reinforce process, measure results, and hold teams accountable. Champion a coaching culture focused on discipline, ownership, and delivering a 5-star customer experience. Continuously refine word tracks, lead handling, and appointment skills to adapt in any market. Required: 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Sales Management or as a Sales Trainer within automotive retail dealerships Strong understanding of automotive sales and dealership operations Skilled coach with proven negotiation and communication abilities Culture-driven leader who promotes strong values and behaviors Dedicated lifelong learner focused on improving training quality Why LAcarGUY?
