Overview WhiteCap Search is seeking an experienced Assurance Manager - CPA Firm to lead client engagements across audits, reviews, and compilations. This hybrid role is based in Paramus, New Jersey, offering a balance of remote and in-office collaboration. The role involves managing all phases of assurance projects from planning through completion, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead assurance engagements, managing fieldwork, risk assessment, and reporting. Supervise staff and oversee day-to-day engagement operations. Review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and professional standards. Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements. Manage budgets, deadlines, and workflow across multiple engagements. Train and mentor team members on assurance procedures. Conduct technical research and communicate findings. Qualifications 7 years of public audit experience. CPA license is required. Supervisory experience is required.
